Investment Thesis
Investments typically include capital in exchange for a minority equity position and sometimes include a line-of-credit with patient terms.
We look for technical expert entrepreneurs with leadership potential that possess the following abilities:
- Drive Revenue - capable of driving topline revenue while overcoming hurdles that growth will cause.
- Vision & Passion - has a compelling vision and the passion to pursue the opportunity beyond making money.
- Domain Expertise - possesses expertise or in-depth industry knowledge within their specific space.
- Ability to Execute - has past experience as a founder, an entrepreneur, or in a senior leadership position.
- Team Building Skills - possesses strong leadership skills or team building skills to develop their companies culture and team.
- Coachable & Adaptable - receives constructive feedback well, has shown the ability to pivot, learn from their failures, and are willing to be coached
